2006, basic training graduation day for Steven
Bowman. He is pictured with his sisters, Whitney
(right) and Loretta (front). They are the
grandchildren of Fred R. Smith, originally from
Hurley, now reside in Maryland. They are the
great-grandchildren of the late William Harrison
and Sara Elizabeth (Childress) Smith.
