Commonwealth's

Tamara
Neo
introduced
her
staff
to
the
board
of
supervisors
Monday,
receiving
mixed
feelings
on
her
choice
for
the
office's
victim
witness
coordinator.
Endorsing
Ann
Randolph
as
her
choice
to
succeed
Stephanie
Webb
as
victim
witness
coordinator
for
the
commonwealth's
attorney's
office,
Neo
described
Randolph
as
having
the
type
of
personality
necessary
to
fill
the
role.
The
board
of
supervisors
must
approve
a
personnel
change
for
that
particular
position.
Webb,
who
wrote
the
grant
that
funds
the
victim
witness
position,
according
to
Neo,
still
holds
the
position
and
remains
employed
in
the
commonwealth's
attorney's
office.
Dollie
Compton
(office
manager),
former
circuit
court
clerk
for
Russell
County,
and
Tucker
Davis
(community

coordinator)
were
also
introduced
by

at
the
meeting.
"I
see
no
reason
to
make
a
change
in
that
position,"
North
Grundy
Chairman
Carroll
Branham
said,
asking
Neo
how
she
came
to
determine
that
Webb
couldn't
fill
the
duties
of
the
position.
